What this inspection covers
Inspection of load-bearing exterior elevated elements — balconies, decks, stairways, walkways and their railings — with waterproofing systems more than six feet above ground. Required for California condominiums (SB 326, every nine years) and buildings with three or more multifamily units (SB 721, every six years), with invasive testing of a statistical sample.
