Accessibility Statement

01 Our commitment

We perform ADA accessibility surveys for our clients. It would be indefensible to publish an inaccessible website while doing so. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this website and the client portal.

02 What we have implemented

• Semantic HTML structure with correct heading order and landmark regions.
• A visible skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
• Keyboard operability for all interactive controls, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• Text and interface colour combinations tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery, and decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology.
• Form inputs with programmatically associated labels, clear error messaging and required-field indication that does not rely on colour alone.
• Respect for the operating system reduced-motion preference — animation is disabled when requested.
• Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels and supports 200% text zoom.

03 Known limitations

Some inspection reports delivered as PDF originate from third-party laboratory systems and may not be fully tagged for screen reader navigation. If you need an accessible version of any report, contact us and we will provide the content in an accessible format at no charge.

04 Tell us when we get it wrong

If you encounter a barrier on this site or in the portal, email support@inspectionviewer.com describing the page and the difficulty. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to remediate confirmed issues promptly.
